How is the price of carpet cleaning determined?: The price for the service is based on the complexity of the job and the condition of the carpet/upholstery.
Is it safe to use detergents in a home with pets and children?: Yes, absolutely. We only use eco products.
How long does the carpet take to dry and under which conditions will it dry faster?: On average it takes about 2 hours to dry a carpet after steam cleaning and 5-6 hours after deep cleaning.
How often do I need to clean the carpet?: We recommend doing a Steam Cleaning every 3-4 months , Deep Cleaning every 6-8 months.
Are blood/wine/coffee stains and other stubborn liquids removed from carpets and sofas?: For this type of stains to be removed from the carpet with eco remedies, they must be very fresh, but even then, the stains may not come out completely. Otherwise, at your request, we may use a not eco stain remover to remove the stain.
What is the difference between steam and deep cleaning?: Steam cleaning refreshes your carpet and only affects the top layer of the carpet.
